Tony Dain

Tony Dain

Tony is the co-founder and MD of Future Vision. He has been working in customer service and contact centres since 1993 including frontline retail and contact centre roles, before becoming a supervisor and team coach. In 1997 he joined CCC, one of the first training organisations dedicated to customer service and contact centres, where he established the telebusiness function. After three years he became the sales and services director before leaving to set up Future Vision.

Tony is an expert in customer service and how organisations can galvanise their people to deliver consistently ‘WOW’ customer experiences. Over the last 15 years he has worked with a diverse range of clients including; The Lloyds Banking Group, Premier Farnell, The Foreign and Commonwealth Office, The Highways Agency, Experian, Dyfed Powys Police, Hewlett Packard, Barbican and Greater Manchester Police.

Outside of work Tony lives in Brighton, with his partner, two steps kids and three cats, he enjoys cult films and spends time playing 5-a-side football as well as coaching his local youth football team, indulging two of his great passions, football and learning.

Glenn Bracey

Glenn is the co-founder and inspirational learning and performance director of Future Vision. He is a trainer, coach, conference speaker and passionate advocate of developing learning that makes a tangible difference to your business, its people and customers.

Glenn has an absolute belief in people and their unlimited potential and is the creative genius behind many of our unique learning solutions. With his in depth knowledge of people and learning he both inspires and challenges, always leaving a lasting impression on those he works with.

He has worked in an array of different industries, in both private and public sectors, in the UK and abroad, including The Foreign Office, Engage Mutual Assurance, Experian, Greater Manchester Police, Premier Farnell, MTV, Circle 33 Housing, Sussex Police and The Lloyds Banking Group.

Glenn lives in Brighton, has recently become engaged to his long term partner and loves mountain biking around the Sussex countryside. He recently tried his hand at stand-up comedy, which culminated in a five minute routine at his local comedy club, which went down a storm with the locals.
