Glenn is the co-founder of Future Vision. He is a qualified facilitator and coach who blends a multi-perspective mind and body approach into performance change. He was a schoolboy player at Watford FC, played a few times for Mansfield Town FC (old 4th Division) and semi-pro. Central to his philosophy is our need, for the freedom to perform. This is the space where the magic happens. It requires a blend of head, heart and body, and working beyond 'mind-set'.
Mark is a highly experienced facilitator and coach who specialises in helping people access a peak performance response. Rather than a fear response, thus helping them to get into the zone. Mark has first hand of experience of what athlete’s experience, as he himself was a professional sports performer. At Millwall FC. He is adept at blending his experiences and qualifications in human behaviour and performance into a wide range of high performance environments and cultures. Mark is currently working with Dr Terri O Fallon in the United States testing the link between perception and high performance.
